Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breasts
It only takes six ingredients to make the juiciest, most tender chicken you'll ever eat!
When I got this recipe, I knew I was going to have to wait until my husband deployed to try it out. He hates mayonnaise and if he knows it is in a food, he will straight up refuse to eat it. I, on the other hand, love mayonnaise. This recipe was amazing. The chicken was definitely melting in my mouth. It was so tender and juicy and I loved it.
What you need:
4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Directions:
Place chicken in baking dish.
Mix together mayonnaise, cheese, and seasonings.
Spread over top of chicken breast.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken is cooked through.
