Easy Oreo Bundt Cake
This fluffy bundt cake begins with a box of cake mix and ends in the most heavenly dessert!
My personal favorite kinds of recipes are ones that start with a box mix and have a few extra ingredients added to make it so much more! This is just a white cake box mix and your end result is a cookies and cream, super moist cake. I particularly love a boxed cake recipe that adds pudding mix and sour cream because it really does hit it out of the ballpark in terms of flavor and texture.
What you need:
1 box white cake mix
1 box (4.2 oz) instant OREO pudding mix
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sour cream or nonfat plain yogurt
4 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
10 to 12 crushed Oreos (plus additional for garnish)
Vanilla frosting, homemade or store-bought
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, pudding mix, water, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla on medium speed until completely combined.
Scrape down the sides and beat an additional 2 minutes.
Stir in crushed Oreos.
Pour into a well-greased bundt pan and use a rubber spatula to smooth out the top.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for 15 minutes, then gently flip out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
Frost with vanilla frosting and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
