Easy Buffalo Chicken Alfredo Bake
Only 5 ingredients for this spicy buffalo chicken and alfredo pasta bake!
Today’s recipe is one that I think would be so perfect for any busy weeknight and one I definitely love to make in a pinch. You can use leftover chicken, rotisserie chicken, or even canned chicken. I know during the pandemic (when I first made this recipe), I had to use canned chicken so many times because the chicken was one of the biggest things in our area that was never in stock. This is only five ingredients, so you really can just throw it together pretty quickly.
What You Need:
1/3 cup buffalo sauce
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1 jar (24 oz) alfredo sauce
1 lb. cooked pasta of your choice
2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
Directions:
In a bowl, combine buffalo sauce and chicken together. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine alfredo sauce, pasta, and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Spray a 3-quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Pour half the pasta mixture into the casserole dish. Then top with the buffalo chicken.
Top with the remaining half of the pasta. Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese.
Cover with foil that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
