Cookies & Cream Fudge

This fudge is rich and creamy - and a bonus - full of Oreos!

I’m on a mission to cook through some desserts in my recipe box and I always forget about how easy fudge is to make and how well it keeps if you just store it in the fridge. I have quite a few Oreo fans in my house, so this was definitely an easy choice. Relatively easy and quick to boot. It’s a deliciously creamy fudge and it’s FULL of Oreos.

What You Need:

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk

  • 24 oz. white chocolate morsels

  • 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream

  • 3 cups coarsely chopped Oreos, divided

  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Combine granulated sugar, butter, and milk in a medium saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.

  3. Cook for an additional 3 minutes, cooking constantly.

  4. Remove from heat and add white chocolate, marshmallow cream, 2 cups crushed Oreos, and salt. Stir until chocolate melts.

  5. Pour fudge into a prepared foil-lined, greased 9-inch square baking dish and smooth the top.

  6. Top with remaining 1 cup crushed Oreos and gently press into fudge.

  7. Cover and chill until firm before lifting out of pan and cutting into squares.
